A competition is being announced to fill vacant state educational grants

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan has announced a competition to fill vacant educational grants that were released in the process of obtaining higher education.
The award of vacant educational grants is carried out during the summer and winter holidays. Applications for available vacancies are accepted on a competitive basis, in the following order:
a student on a paid basis submits an application addressed to the head of the university for further education under an educational grant;
the university, having considered this application on a competitive basis, together with the decision of the academic and board of Trustees, sends it to the authorized body in the field of education for decision-making by August 5 of this year. The student's application, together with the decision of the academic and the Board of Trustees, is accompanied by an extract from the student's record book or transcript, a copy of his identity document, and a certificate of the holder of an educational grant (original) expelled from the university;
the authorized body in the field of education reviews the received documents in the context of specialties, forms and terms of study, taking into account the year of admission and, if the issue is resolved positively, issues an order for the award of an educational grant;
on the basis of the order of the authorized body in the field of education, a certificate of the award of an educational grant is issued;
on the basis of the issued certificate of the award of an educational grant, the head of the university issues an order for further education under the educational grant.
