Dear students and master’s degree students, A competition is announced for the award of vacant state educational grants.
Applications are accepted until February 19, 2026 for participation in the competition for vacant educational grants released during the process of higher and postgraduate education following the results of the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year (additionally according to the list of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
The competition is conducted based on the Grade Point Average (GPA) among all applicants across the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the event of equal GPA scores, priority will be given to students who have only A, A- (“excellent”) grades; next priority will be given to those with grades ranging from A, A- (“excellent”) to B+, B, B-, C+ (“good”); thereafter, students with mixed grades throughout the entire period of study.
Applications and documents must be submitted in both hard copy and electronic format (scans).
In electronic format, all scanned documents must be saved in a folder named after the applicant (Surname of the candidate for the vacant grant).

Hard copy and electronic documents are accepted by the Deputy Directors of Institutes (Deputy Deans of Faculties) for Academic Affairs.
