Monitoring the Quality of Education

The Department of Academic Quality Assurance is responsible for the development, implementation, and improvement of the internal quality assurance system at the university, in line with national and international standards, as well as the requirements of accreditation and regulatory bodies.

Key Areas of Activity

Internal Control

Organization and coordination of an internal quality assurance system, including monitoring of educational programs and the learning process.

Accreditation

Preparation and support of institutional and specialized accreditation processes, post-accreditation monitoring, interaction with accreditation agencies.

Licensing

Organizing the activities of university departments in the process of preparing and passing the licensing procedure for training areas in accordance with the requirements of authorized bodies.

Rankings

Coordination of university departments’ activities in relation to participation in educational program rankings.

Feedback

Collecting, processing and analyzing feedback from students, teachers, employers and other stakeholders, including the development, conduct and analysis of questionnaires and surveys aimed at assessing the quality of the educational process.
