The practical session will allow students not only to deepen their theoretical knowledge of the constitutional and legal status of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as established in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also to develop a comprehensive understanding of the role of parliament within the system of state power.

During the class, students will enhance their legal analysis skills, learn to apply constitutional law norms when examining practical cases, and gain a clearer understanding of the legislative process and the functioning of the highest representative body of the state.
