The Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, together with the Department of Food Security and Biotechnology of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baitursynov, will hold a roundtable on May 30, 2025, titled:
“Attracting Graduates of Agricultural Specialties, Workforce Shortages at Enterprises, and Ways to Address Them.”

Representatives from national, regional, and district agencies, specialists from agricultural enterprises, university faculty members, and students will take part in the event.
Purpose:
To develop optimal practical measures at the governmental level to address the existing challenges related to attracting students to agricultural specialties and facilitating their employment.
Objectives:
Development of partnership and business relations;
Formation of professional competencies among students.
