The Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a competition for the title of “Best University Lecturer of 2025.”
The competition is held in accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2015, No. 124, “On Approval of the Rules for Awarding the Title of Best University Lecturer.”
Eligible participants are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are full-time university lecturers with a continuous scientific and pedagogical experience of at least five years as of the date of document submission and who have not won this competition in the last ten years.
The competition is held annually in two stages — university-level and national-level.
The first university-level stage of the competition will take place from November 3 to November 14, 2025.
