We are happy to announce the opportunity for your students and doctoral candidates to participate in the call Research visits for international students and doctoral candidates– 2nd edition under the Programme: “Inclusion of talented young scientists in research teams”, funded within Excellence Initiative – Research University.
Programme description:
The candidates will be requested to prepare and submit a research plan to be realised at the University of Warsaw (UW), approved by the research supervisor at UW.
Duration of the internship: from 2 to 5 months.
The visit may be extended for another period, but not longer than until 30 August 2025.
The date of arrival must be approved by the authorities of the host organisational unit and can be subject to change.
Call for applications: 21 March 2024 – 31 May 2025.
Deadline for applications: by 30 August 2025.
Participants will be included in research projects at the University of Warsaw, which will allow for the development and enhancement of cooperation between the University of Warsaw and institutions abroad.

Funding:
Funding towards the costs of living: students in the amount of 50 PLN per day (up to 1,500 PLN per month); doctoral candidates in the amount of 70 PLN per day (up to 2,100 PLN per month) for the entire period of stay in Warsaw.
Subsidy for travel costs in the amount consistent with the EU distance calculator in PLN.
