Technical Support Department

The Technical Support Department ensures the stable operation of the University’s IT infrastructure, supporting computers, office equipment, servers, and the corporate network.

The Department’s core activities include maintenance and repair of equipment, software support, information security, and user assistance. It manages internet access, provides technical support for online conferences, and advises staff on the safe use of equipment.

The Department develops proposals for upgrading hardware and software, prepares IT procurement requests, and ensures the uninterrupted functioning of all University IT services.

The Department’s work aims to establish a reliable and secure technical infrastructure that supports teaching, research, and administrative functions at the University.
