Academic Quality Assurance Department

The Academic Quality Assurance Department coordinates and develops the University’s internal quality assurance system in accordance with national and international standards.

The Office’s core activities focus on enhancing the quality of academic programs, improving the learning process, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. AQAO oversees procedures related to institutional and programmatic accreditation, licensing of academic programs, and the University’s participation in rankings.

The Office organizes quality monitoring of teaching and learning, analyzes student performance, and collects and processes feedback from students, faculty, and employers. Based on these insights, it develops recommendations to improve the educational process.

Academic Quality Assurance Department staff conduct internal audits, perform institutional self-assessments, provide methodological and advisory support to academic units, and organize training events on quality assurance.

The Office’s work aims to enhance the competitiveness of academic programs, increase student satisfaction, and support the sustainable development of the University.
