Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department ensures the effective management of the University’s personnel resources. Its primary objective is the recruitment, placement, and professional development of staff, safeguarding labor rights and guarantees, and maintaining personnel records in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Department’s main areas of activity include:

  • Managing personnel records, maintaining the employee database, and processing employment contracts, orders, and other HR documents;
  • Recruiting and filling positions for academic and administrative staff, and conducting performance evaluations;
  • Monitoring compliance with labor legislation and the provisions of the collective agreement;
  • Providing consultation to staff on labor-related matters;
  • Preparing and transferring documents for archival storage and ensuring a unified system for personnel documentation.

The Human Resources Department plays a key role in maintaining workforce stability, developing employees’ professional potential, and ensuring a high level of labor discipline within the University.
