Legal Support and Government Procurement Department

The Legal Support and Government Procurement Department ensures compliance with legislation and protects the University’s legal interests, while managing all processes related to the public procurement of goods, works, and services.

The Office’s core activities include legal review of regulations, draft orders, contracts, and agreements; providing legal advice to University staff; and representing the University before government authorities and in courts.

Department is responsible for developing and implementing the annual procurement plan, organizing competitive and auction procedures, registering contracts, and monitoring suppliers’ fulfillment of obligations. The Office also provides methodological support for claims management, analyzes judicial practice, and ensures compliance with statutory deadlines for filing claims.

The Office’s work is aimed at creating a reliable legal and organizational framework for the University’s effective operation, ensuring transparency in procurement, and protecting the interests of all participants in the educational process.
