The University Archive is an organizational unit responsible for the systematic storage, registration, and management of records with permanent and long-term value.
The Archive’s primary activities focus on preserving the University’s documentary heritage, maintaining a unified information database, and ensuring timely access to archival materials. It receives documents from University units, monitors their proper registration, and organizes the transfer of records to state archives when required.
The Archive is actively engaged in digitizing records, developing the electronic archive, and enhancing the reference and search system. Particular attention is paid to maintaining proper storage conditions, including the required temperature and humidity levels.
Archive staff provide advisory support to University employees, process administrative and socio-legal requests, and facilitate the effective use of archival information in academic and research activities.
The Archive’s work is aimed at preserving the University’s history, ensuring transparency in administrative processes, and supporting high-quality governance.
