At Kostanay Regional University, from September 20, 2023, training was organized and conducted within the framework of the international Erasmus+ UXiship project.
The Regional Manager of the international technopark of IT startups Astana Hub (CEO Qostanai IT Hub in the city of Kostanay), Mnaydarov Damir. Dulatovich, was invited to our university to conduct express training
Damir conducted a four-hour master class for students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Energy and Information Technology, in which he introduced students to modern business indicators of the largest Digital products. He spoke about modern IT management practices, methods and forms of business thinking among students. He outlined his own thoughts on improving the leadership qualities of young people and ways to develop their own innovative business. In the final part of the master class, a business competition was held, where students’ personal skills, project management skills, as well as competencies in efficiency in achieving assigned tasks were tested.
The training was attended by students of third-year educational programs - Information Systems and Electrical Power Engineering, as part of mastering the disciplines of the module “Startup idea and desire to create”, which were developed as part of the UXiship project.
At the end of the master class, the students expressed gratitude to Damir for his unique techniques and workshops with a personal approach to everyone, personality analysis, joint work on problems, and also expressed hope for further cooperation in order to exchange experience and update professional knowledge in the field of development of startup competencies .
