"JARYQ" Volunteer Club

The head of state, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, said: “Volunteering is a state of soul, a vivid indicator of nobility, sincerity, and a person’s culture. Thanks to the compassion and responsiveness of tens of thousands of Kazakhstanis, the nationwide idea of ‘good deeds’ has become a reality.”

Our university has a well-developed volunteer movement. Students are not indifferent to the social issues of the city’s residents and try to help at any moment, thus becoming Volunteers!

In this regard, on September 23, 2022, the volunteer club “JARYQ” was created within the university, founded by Danа Sanitbekkyzy Alibekova.

Currently, the number of volunteers exceeds 105 people.

The main goal is to create a compassionate society that provides assistance and support to those in need!

Main activities include:

• Assisting lonely elderly people in Kostanay region;
• Visiting child protection institutions;
• Supporting inclusive education;
• Promoting free assistance among students.

Over the past two years, the club has successfully implemented many projects, among which the major ones include:

• Delivery of food and water to over 16 lonely elderly people;
• Organization of charity events and festive activities for more than 200 children;
• Active participation in the restoration of the Amankargai forest;
• Cooperation with volunteers from other regions;
• Organization of cultural events for students.

The “JARYQ” club is a place of light and love that unites and strengthens people through care and mutual support!
