Participants of the round table included university professors, young scientists, and doctoral students, as well as online participants from Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, Alikhan Bokeikhan University, and H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
The opening remarks were delivered by Acting Head of the Science and Commercialization Department, Andrey Petrovich Koval.
The speaker was Dr. Eva Smetanova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, PhD, from the A. Dubček University of Trenčín in Trenčín, Slovakia, with the topic: "Relevance of International Scientific Research."
The focus of the meeting participants was on such issues as preparing applications to participate in international projects, international scientific research, and international grant agencies. Round table participants shared their experiences, discussed their research in various fields of study, identified common problems for Kazakhstan and Slovakia, and main directions for their solutions.
At the end of the presentation, guests actively asked questions about joint international projects, grants, and the necessary qualities and skills for them. Inspired participants thanked for valuable advice and guidance.
The round table took place as part of the implementation of the plan of the Young Scientists Council of the Ahmad Baytursynuly Kazakh-Russian University.
