The XXIV Republican Open Judo Tournament, dedicated to the memory of the Honoured coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, master of sports Batyrbek Seisenbaev, has ended in Pavlodar. 400 judokas in total took part in the competition.
In the weight category up to 48 kg, a first-year student from KRU Department of Theory and Practice of Physical Culture and Sports, Zhansaya Erkuanyshova, won a bronze medal. And in the weight of 78 kg, fourth-year student of the same speciality, Margarita Gritsenko, won a gold medal.
