As part of the month of innovations, senior teachers of the Department of Philology and Practical Linguistics Murat Zhumashev, Gaziza Sholpanbayeva, Ayshagul Nurseyitova, and Roza Mukasheva conducted an intellectual-cognitive competition "How well do you know Kazakh?" with students of the first year of the Russian department.
The organizers of the competition explained to the students the necessity of mastering the state language.
At the same time, they wanted to stimulate students' interest in learning the language, expand their horizons through acquaintance with Kazakh proverbs.
And, of course, the organizers call for preserving the purity of the language, the culture of speech, and constantly raising the status of the state language.
During the competition, teachers observed the existing skills of the participants, their ability to work in a group, and demonstrate their knowledge. In their opinion, students have a sufficient vocabulary, creative imagination, and logical thinking.
They are not shy about expressing their thoughts in Kazakh, and most importantly, they have the desire and understanding that the language needs to be studied, and that knowledge of Kazakh expands the boundaries of understanding Kazakh culture.
