The grand finale of the Tartyl Fest pull-up festival, organized by the public foundation "Darа Talent Support Foundation," has concluded in Astana. In the group for ages 18 to 30, weighing up to 65 kg, Aibat Kаpanov, a student at the Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov, won by completing 46 pull-ups.
The Kazakh Tartyl Fest pull-up festival is the largest sporting event of its kind in the world, with 170 athletes participating who achieved the best results in regional qualifying competitions across 9 age categories from 14 to 51 years old.
By the way, the prize fund of the festival amounted to 54 million tenge, and the winner of the 1st place received 3 million tenge.
Aibat Kаpanov is a 1st-year student of the "Psychology" educational program, studying on a grant and combining his studies with training, which, by the way, he does independently, without a coach. A year of training has yielded good results. Congratulations to Aibat on his victory!
