The Center for Practical Psychology and the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Social-Humanitarian Sciences organized a Reality Art Workshop dedicated to World Mental Health Day, observed on October 10.
In the main building's hall and winter garden, future psychologists, students from the final courses, provided psychological consultations for all students and interested staff.
During the Reality Art Workshop, students utilized modern art therapy techniques, including isotherapy, sand therapy, counseling using metaphorical associative cards (MAC), neurographics, projective methods, clay and plasticine therapy, and constellations.
The main goal of the event is to foster a positive attitude towards practical psychology among young people, providing intensive psychological assistance to students on various issues and problems. Given the increasing attention to mental health issues, the event aims to strengthen mental well-being and prevent mental disorders.
Each year on Mental Health Day, the Center for Practical Psychology conducts lectures, open days, and consultations on relevant topics for students.
