Since the beginning of the academic year, a public reception office has been operating at A. Baitursynov KRU. Its main mission is to receive feedback from students, teachers, and staff to improve university life and address current issues.
Today, Rector Seitbek Kuanyshbayev held another reception. Both students and university staff approached the public reception office with questions and suggestions.
During an informal conversation with the rector, students raised questions about educational grants and tuition fees, living conditions in the student dormitory, and the operation of the student canteen. It should be noted that all these issues are on the rector's radar: some issues regarding student dormitories are gradually being resolved, while others require more time and resources. In any case, all the questions and problems raised by the students will not go unnoticed by the university administration.
