ETHNO-SEMINAR

At the health resort base of KRU named after A. Baitursynuly, students and teachers of the Tourism and Initial Military Training and Physical Education educational programs held a seminar titled "Ethnotourism as a Prospective Direction in Tourism in the Republic of Kazakhstan," dedicated to Independence Day celebrations.

Students delved into the traditions and cultural richness of Kazakhstan. Organizers immersed participants in the fascinating world of the ethnic beauty of the Kazakh people, recreating the nomadic lifestyle atmosphere. As part of the seminar, students conducted masterclasses on preparing the national dish "beshbarmak," familiarizing others with dough preparation traditions, its rolling, and the nuances of cooking flavorful shorpa. Additionally, students participated in Kazakh national games: asyq atu, qyz quu, kökpar. The ethno-tour concluded with a quiz dedicated to Kazakh traditions and customs.

Such journeys allow some students to practically engage in organizing mass events, while others get a more in-depth understanding of the lifestyle and culture of the country we live in!
