At the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Special Education of Baitursynuly University, a round table discussion was held on the topic: “Professional Development of Future Special Education Teachers.”
The event format was a dialogue between future and current special education teachers. The participants exchanged experiences in addressing educational and practical professional challenges and outlined prospects for collaboration between students and graduates.
During the scientific debate, the participants discussed the difficulties faced by university graduates entering the workforce, new methods in the work of special education teachers and speech therapists, advanced training courses for young teachers.
The round table featured contributions from Aigul Mukasheva, the Head of the Inclusion Support Office of the Alikhan Bokeikhan Comprehensive School in Kostanay, and Anastasia Zhigailo, the Head of the Kostanay Psychological, Medical, and Pedagogical Consultation Center.
