International Conference

The traditional International Scientific and Theoretical Conference "Modern Jurisprudence and Youth" was held at KRU A. Baitursynov, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Akmet Baitursynov, a public and political figure, scholar, and educator.

The conference was attended online and offline by students, cadets, trainees, master's students, young scientists from higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries, in particular, the Russian State University of Justice (Moscow, Kazan), the North Caucasus Federal University (Stavropol), the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Karaganda University  Academician E.A. Buketov, the Kostanay branch of Chelyabinsk State University, the Kostanay Regional University  A. Baitursynov, the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (Omsk), the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan  Sh. Kabylbaev, the International Law Institute (Moscow), the Smolensk branch of the International Law Institute (Smolensk), the Siberian Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (Krasnoyarsk).

The range of scientific issues discussed is quite wide – these are issues of constitutional development, improving legal policy in the era of digitalization of the legal space, developing civil and civil procedural legislation, issues of private law, the state and trends in the development of modern criminology, applied aspects of operational-search activities.

All articles by conference participants will be published in an electronic collection with an ISBN number assigned.

The student conference is an effective dialogue platform for our participants to get to know each other scientifically, exchange views, experience, and discuss important and topical issues of legal science and practice.
