On October 7-8, a foresight session for the Kostanay region is being held on the basis of the Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baitursynuly within the framework of the republican project "Development of Atlases of new professions and competencies of the regions of Kazakhstan".
The project is being implemented within the framework of a consortium agreement jointly by the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenov.
The foresight session is aimed at identifying promising areas for the development of the labor market and the formation of relevant requirements for the qualifications and skills of future specialists.
Work in Kostanay region will focus on three priority sectors: agriculture, mechanical engineering and construction.
Representatives of employers, enterprises and local executive bodies are invited to participate, which will create the most complete picture of the current and future needs of the labor market.
The foresight session is designed to promote the development of the region's human resources potential and help identify strategic areas for training specialists for sustainable growth of priority sectors of our region's economy.
