The Department of Agronomy held a round table discussion on the topic “Integration of Science, Production, and Education” with the participation of Alena Zinchenko, senior research scientist at the agricultural crop breeding laboratory of the “Zarechnoe” Agricultural and Industrial Complex (AIC), Valentin Lukin, research scientist, and Oleg Zedginidze, Director of the “Engelsa” AIC.
The event was also attended by first- to fourth-year students, faculty members of the Department of Agronomy, and Almabek Nugmanov, Director of the V. Dvurechensky Agricultural Institute.
The round table focused on problems in agriculture, as well as the shortage of personnel.
During the meeting, participants shared their experiences and discussed current issues.
This event also provided a good opportunity for graduates to find employment.
The meeting was moderated by Yekaterina Yekaterinskaya, Head of the Department of Agronomy, PhD.
