The competition was attended by students of the main educational programs of secondary general education (grades 10-11) and students of professional (higher) educational organizations who completed project work both collectively and independently. It was allowed to perform the work by an author's team of up to 3 people, provided that the text of the work reflects the specific contribution of each member of the author's team. Each participant submitted only one work.

The meeting was moderated by G.K. Dambaulova, Director of the regional Smart Center, a member of the ERASMUS+ Uxiship project working group.
The winners of the contest of the best IT projects "Digital Kostanay - 2021" were:
1st place - Utegenova Kamila Manarbekovna, Melnikova Diana Alexandrovna, students of the SSLIIT "Ozat", project: "Development of an intelligent system for monitoring the driver's condition";
2nd place - Daniel Ivanovich Mulyukov, student of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, project: "Green Planet";
3rd place - Vladislav Dmitrievich Ivasheshin, student of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, project: "3D Holograph".
Following the results of the competition, a resolution was submitted for discussion, emphasizing the importance of entrepreneurial skills in the training of IT specialists. The organizers wished all participants good luck and expressed confidence that all projects, including those that received prizes and incentives, will bring a lot of benefits to society in the future.
