Today, in Rudny, on the basis of the I. Altynsarin Social and Humanitarian College and the Youth Resource Center, a forum was held for graduating students of schools and colleges of Rudny.
The main goal of the forum is to tell applicants about the university. To this end, KRU A. Baitursynov team has prepared an extensive program. Banners were displayed on the location sites, in which each institute presented its educational programs, students were shown videos about the university, student activists spoke about how leisure is organized at the university, and students of the "Oner" studio prepared a concert program.
Rector Seitbek Kuanyshbaev greeted all the schoolchildren. His speech sparked lively interest: for 30 minutes, he answered questions from the audience.
In parallel, a seminar-meeting was held with the participation of school and college directors, where issues such as new approaches to the integration of vocational training and bachelor's degree programs, professional development in the subject area, and the organization of retraining courses for college teachers were discussed.
It should be noted that the university has developed a large-scale plan for career guidance. In January, the university team has already visited Mendykarinsky, Fedorovsky, Karabalyk, Karasu districts and Lisakovsk. Thus, it is planned that this work will cover all regions of the region, as well as the southern regions of Kazakhstan, for which the Serpin state program operates.
