A meeting between IT-specialty staff and representatives from the Institute of Smart Systems and Artificial Intelligence (ISSAI) of Nazarbayev University was held at A. Baitursynov KRU.
The primary goal of ISSAI is to promote research and innovation in Kazakhstan's digital sphere, focusing on artificial intelligence research. The institute conducts interdisciplinary research in machine intelligence to solve real-world industrial and societal problems.
ISSAI aims to develop national research potential in artificial intelligence by leveraging expertise from Asia, Europe, and the USA. Erbol Absalymov, the technical project coordinator, presented ISSAI's research directions, which contribute to the country's AI development in education, industry, and other fields. The meeting participants discussed opportunities for further collaboration in project activities and organizing scientific internships.
