Students and teachers of the Kostanay Regional University, Engineering and Technology Institute, participated in the meeting of partner universities within the framework of the UXiship project, at Almaty Management University, Almaty, from February 21 to February 25, 2023. A team from Yessenov University, Aktau also took part in the meeting.
Within the framework of the meeting, two events were planned - the development and approval of a program of activities for the implementation of the project, as well as trainings on the transfer of experience in the field of IT entrepreneurship by lecturers from AlmaU University.
Trainings for students and teachers were held in a specialized classroom of the university building. The intensive course of study included an introduction to IT entrepreneurship in a startup. The trainings were conducted by professors Dyusembaev Rashid and Abeshev Kuanysh. In addition, field events were organized at the innovative business incubators of Almaty - MOST Hub Almaty and the Smart Education Center. During the trainings, students of the Kostanay Regional University showed a number of interesting projects, such as: an online aggregator for housewives, a virtual "game commentary", a visual educational platform with the digitalization of the educational process, and more.
All tasks of express courses were successfully solved, all participants received certificates.
In addition, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the universities of A. Baitursynov KRU and AlmaU.
These trainings will be very useful for students to develop their business communications, personal qualities, to understand the basics of marketing and build their own innovative business.
