Students of A. Baitursynov KRU are actively involved in research work. This is evidenced by the fact that many of them, participating in competitions, become prize-winners. For example, on the basis of M.H. Dulati Taraz Regional University, the II stage of the Republican contest of students' research works on the educational program 5B011300 - "Biology" was held, where our students took two prizes. 4th-year student Iya Boyko was awarded a diploma of the I degree, and 4th-year student Ekaterina Tarasenko was awarded a diploma of the III degree.
According to the regulations of the Republican R&D Competition, the next Republican R&D competition on the educational program 5B011300 "Biology" in 2023 will be held on the basis of the Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov.
It is also worth noting the 2nd-year student of the Department of Natural Sciences of the Pedagogical Institute named after U.Sultangazin of the educational program 6B01513 Geography-Biology Mereya Edresov, who took 2nd place at the second stage of the Republican contest of students' research works held on the basis of the Aktobe Regional University named after K.Zhubanov and was awarded a Diploma of the II degree of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic Kazakhstan.
And the top three winners are Alexandra Golovko, a 3rd–year student of the Department of Journalism and Communication Management of the P. Chuzhinov Institute of Economics and Law, who was awarded a Diploma of the III degree for participation in the Republican competition of Research and Development under the educational program 5B050400 (6B03201) - Journalism, which was held on the basis of the North Kazakhstan University named after Manash Kozybayev.
