On April 26, 2023, the Department of Special Education of the A.Baitursynov KRU held an International flash seminar «Theory and practice of training specialists in the higher education system to work in a special and inclusive educational environment».
The seminar was attended by leading scientists of Kazakhstan (Movkebayeva Zulfiya Akhmetvalievna, PhD, Professor, Orazaeva Gulzhan Serikovn., PhD, associate Professor) and foreign universities (Goryunova Lilia Vasilyevna, PhD, Professor, Zemlina Ekaterina Mikhailovn., PhD, associate Professor (Rostov on Don), Karakulova Elena Viktorovna, Ph.D., associate Professor (Yekaterinburg), Druzhinina Lilia Alexandrovna, Ph.D., associate professor (Chelyabinsk), managers and practical specialists of special and inclusive educational organizations of Kostanay and Kostanay region, administration and teaching staff of the university, students of the educational program «6B019 Special Pedagogy».
The purpose of the seminar was to generalize the theoretical and practical experience of preparing students - special teachers (defectologists) in the higher education system to work in special educational organizations and in conditions of inclusion; continuity of the experience of postgraduate training of special teachers.
The rich program of the seminar, interesting reports of scientists, relevant feedback from stakeholders, opinions of students - all allowed to create an atmosphere of constructive dialogue on improving the quality of training at the university of students - future special teachers.
