Today, the annual regional Job Fair took place at the Palace of Youth, with the participation of the region's Akim, Kumar Aksakalov. Traditionally, the event is organized by activists of the youth Resource Center and specialists of the regional public development administration.
The fair featured more than 70 employer enterprises from the region, including large agricultural producers and representatives of the engineering sector, employment centers from all cities and districts of the region, and potential workers – university and college graduates, among whom were students of various graduating departments of the Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov.
“The fair opens up new opportunities for attracting ambitious specialists for employers,” said Kumar Aksakalov, Akim of the Kostanay region, addressing the graduates. “However, the Kostanay region is focused on enterprises in the agro-industrial and engineering sectors. Considering this, the Atlas of new professions should be developed accordingly,” he added.
In addition, representatives of local executive authorities were present at the Fair to provide information on state programs for young specialists. Staff from the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Kostanay region held consultations on new rules for entering the civil service, and employees of the Department of Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay region introduced those interested in the rules for entering the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In parallel, the A. Baitursynov KRU Career and Employment Center worked on expanding contacts to replenish the database of employers and for internships, as some enterprises were represented here for the first time.
It is worth noting that among those represented at the Job Fair are MTZ-Kazakhstan, AOR NC "QazaqGaz", ”Kamlit.kz” LLP, ”Rudnenski Cementiy Zavod” LLP, ”Kostanayski Agro-Mechanicheski Zavod”LLP, and the ”Kapanadze” Farm.
