Together we are a force!

A new scientific and educational consortium will be established at A. Baitursynov KRU.

Rector Seitbek Kuanyshbayev, Kostanay College of Automobile Transport Director Dmitry Pavlenko, Director General Amandyk Tuleshov of the U.A. Dzholdasbekov Scientific Research Institute of Mechanics and Machine Science, Lyudmila Olkinyan of ”SaryarkaAvtoProm” LLP and ”Gruppa Companiy Allur”, Elvira Shakurova of ”KamLitKZ” LLP, and other staff members signed a consortium agreement to create a scientific and educational consortium in the mechanical engineering field.

Kazakhstan's machine-building industry is currently facing a shortage of highly skilled personnel. Pooling consortium members' resources and intellectual capital will not only address staffing needs but also bolster collaboration between the manufacturing and educational sectors, stimulating machine-building industry growth through the integration of science, education, and practical production.

It is worth noting that A. Baitursynov KRU has long been working in this direction: the university has been designated as the base institution for the targeted training of engineering personnel for the construction of two plants in the Kostanay industrial zone. In addition, major industrial enterprises - partners of the university participate in the development and creation of new and innovative educational programs.

In the long run, the implementation of this project will allow the university to prepare specialists for high-tech production in accordance with the Atlas of New Professions, possessing competencies in demand in various industries, and the machine-building cluster will provide opportunities for increasing the volume of scientific research and experimental design work carried out by university scientists.

Thus, the slogan "Together - we are strong" was born today. Because only by uniting the efforts of science, production, and the university will the issue of the quality of personnel training in the region be resolved.
