Journalist, writer, doctor of sociological sciences, and professor at A. Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University, Sergey Kharchenko, presented his latest book, "Passionate Personalities and Their Time."
The book explores national heroes, passionate individuals such as Khans, national leaders, and public figures, including local figures like Valentin Dvurechensky and Zhazit Kudaykulov.
The presentation was attended by notable journalists, public figures from the Kostanay region, friends, family members, and professors from the journalism and communication management department.
