AIA Project: A path to success for students with disabilities

A presentation of the AIA project "Students with Disabilities: Legal Protection and Increasing Competitiveness in the Labor Market" was held at KRU.

The project is led by a graduate of the Department of Journalism and Communication Management, Vitaliy Rudnev, who once again became the winner of a grant project supported by the US Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The aim of this project is to familiarize students with disabilities with international and Kazakh legislative acts aimed at ensuring their civil rights and improving their quality of life.

The project also aims to introduce technologies for personal and professional growth plans, develop skills for building a personal career, effective communication, and psycho-emotional resilience.

The presentation was actively attended by representatives of the NGO "World through Our Eyes" - Danna Sultangaliyeva, as well as representatives of the Employment Center - Gulmira Sarbasova, professor of the Department of Philosophy Yuriy Bondarenko, and professor of the Department of Psychology Lilia Sarkisyan.

Students with special educational needs and volunteers also actively participated in the event. As part of the AIA project program, language courses, team building activities, quests, and meetings with interesting personalities are planned.

Admission committee
