A presentation of digital projects of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts took place at the KRU. Greeting the participants, the rector of the university, Seitbek Kuanyshebayev, noted the importance of this event for law students and their future professional orientation.
During the meeting, participants were shown such information systems as "Electronic Criminal Case" (ECC), "Unified Register of Subjects and Objects of Inspection" (Citizens 'and Business’ Protection from Unlawful Inspections - URCPUI), "Unified Register of Administrative Offenses" (URAO), Project "Electronic Appeals" in conjunction with MCRIAP, and also the accident map.
For instance, within the framework of the "Electronic Criminal Case" project, judicial proceedings have been transformed into an electronic format, enabling cases to be investigated and examined in court through digital systems. It optimized the work of the pretrial investigation bodies and all participants of the criminal process. URCPUI provides transparency of state control and supervision. The information service "Qamqor" demonstrated provided accessibility to legal information.
All of these changes are aimed at optimizing the activities of state bodies, strengthening the protection of citizens' rights, ensuring the transparency and reliability of legal statistics, minimizing the budgetary funds.
During the event, students received information about the procedure for admission to service in the bodies of legal statistics and special records.
A Memorandum of Cooperation was also signed between our university and the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay region.
This collaboration opens up new opportunities for our students and graduates.
