Liliya Baizhanova, the Head of the Department of Accounting and Management at Baitursynuly University, attended the Global Summit of Women in Madrid, Spain. The event brought together women from different countries, professions, and cultures, who, despite everything, have much in common.
Liliya Baizhanova told us, “We discussed the peculiarities of doing business in the European Union, the role of AI, and the problem of domestic violence. This event has become an important platform for the exchange of experience and initiatives to develop a new economy and support women in business.”
Liliya Baizhanova is not only a professor at Baitursynuly University, but also a member of the Alliance of Women’s Forces of the Kostanay Region. In addition to her, the delegation also included members of the Association of Businesswomen of the Kostanay Region: Nesibeli Basenova, Gulvira Kudaikulova, and Elena Yatskevich.
