The delegation from sunny Indonesia was met by Rector of BU Seitbek Bekenovich KUANYSHBAYEV.
He told the guests about the directions of the university's work, about the successful participation of students and teachers in academic mobility projects.
"We are already seeing common ground!" said Mohamad Fajroel Rahman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Indonesia to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
It was about cooperation with educational institutions in Indonesia in several professional areas at once.
Besides, Kostanay residents can take part in scholarship programs. Mr. Ambassador answered all the questions of students and teachers of BU, told about his work, about his country, presented his book to the university library.
"It's about Indonesian diplomacy," the ambassador explained and added. - I suggest considering the possibility of holding my guest lectures at your university."
Students and teachers supported this proposal with applause. The new direction of international cooperation of Baitursynuly University will be studied.
