The event was held with the participation of ministers, the Chairman of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, and representatives of regional governors.
The speakers were top bloggers and influencers – Dinara Satzhan, Rustem Omarov, Aigul Mukei, Nurlan Koyanbaev, and others. 35 leading universities of Kazakhstan, including Baitursynuly University, joined the forum online. Representatives of government agencies, students, and bloggers gathered at the side of our university.
Askar Abenov, the head of the Department of Economic Investigations for the Kostanay Region, emphasized that the information field is now unsafe. People of all ages become victims of scammers.
That is why it’s important to create a culture of financial literacy among the population. Forum participants learned how to recognize financial pyramids and how to protect relatives from scammers.
