External expert commission of the IAAR in the KRU by A. Baitursynov
From October 26 to October 28, an external audit of experts of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) takes place within the framework of specialized accreditations. The quality of educational programs of the Institute of Economics and Law by P. Chuzhunov (economic direction).
Recall that the accreditation procedure includes three stages: self-assessment (internal assessment), external assessment of the expert group and decision-making by the Accreditation Council. We have already passed the first stage. It consisted of preparing a self-assessment report for educational programs.
The visit of the EEC takes place in an unconventional form, in an on-line format on the ZOOM platform, in compliance with sanitary requirements.
Today, October 26, is the first day of work of IAAR experts. The External Expert Commission (EEC) is formed of leading foreign and Kazakhstani experts of the education system, representatives of employers and student youth. The commission is headed by Svetlana Sergeevna Galazova, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the North Ossetian State University by K.L. Khetagurov.
In the first half of the day, a meeting was held with the rector, vice-rectors and heads of structural divisions of the Kostanay Regional University by A. Baitursynov, where they discussed the work of the departments and the university as a whole. Also, members of the EEC were provided with videos about the material base of the university of accredited educational programs. In the second half of the day, interviews were held with the director, the heads of the EP, the teaching staff.
