The Department of Economics and Finance organized an exciting guest lecture on "Anti-crisis Management", in which Kanat Ismailov, a member of the Sectoral Council on Small and medium-sized businesses of the Atameken Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Director of Business Reform LLP, acted as an invited guest.
During the meeting, Kanat Serigbayevich conducted an exciting business training for students of the educational programs "Finance" and "Economics" on the topic "Resource management in crisis situations", where he focused on the issues of principles and contradictions related to resource management in crisis conditions. The topic also covered effective teamwork and communication in a crisis, as well as methods for restoring situational awareness.
