Graduates of the 6B11102 "Restaurant and Hotel Business" educational program can work in:
- various areas of this field, including: business strategy development, budget planning, financial activity control, personnel management;
- menu development, customer service organization, selection of wines, coffee and other beverages, as well as resource management necessary for customer service;
- working with clients, including attracting new clients, retaining old ones, resolving conflicts; quality control of products and services, ensuring compliance with standards and norms, as well as managing the process of continuous quality improvement.
Our graduates can take the following positions:
- manager in the hospitality and restaurant industry;
- administrator, assistant manager;
- manager of a restaurant, hotel;
- head of reception and accommodation in hotels;
- maitre d', hall manager, administrator.
