On July 01, 2023, the Center for Practical Psychology held a psychological training for employees working in the Admissions Committee.
Objective: To develop communicative competence.
During the training, employees trained in the development of quick response skills when making contacts, developed empathy, entered into character and developed imagination. At the same time, in practical exercises, employees practiced the ability to persuade and establish trusting relationships with strangers. We analyzed effective methods of persuasion.
The training was active, effective and positive.
