All the objectives set by the scientific internship program have been fully accomplished. The educational experience in training veterinary medicine and food safety specialists was carefully studied; scientific research in ensuring the safety of products and raw materials of animal origin was carried out; the phenotypic and genotypic resistance of bacteria isolated from raw materials was investigated; a comparative analysis of Kaunas city bacterial isolates of was performed. Moreover, the universities established a refined communication for sustainable integration, strengthening, and collaboration in various areas of personnel training.

  • 05.2024 The scientific conference on “Antibiotic Resistance. Improving the Quality of Life for Cows by Using Active Plant Substances.”
  • 06.2024 The international scientific conference “One Health: Challenges of Food Safety.”
  • 05.2024 A trip to Zoological Park and the Zoological Museum for further learning how park resources are used in the education and scientific research of bachelor's and master’s students.
  • 04.2024 A trip to Practical Training and Testing Centre for Veterinary Doctors (PMBC) and Wildlife Rescue Centre (LGGC) of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences.
