In order to integrate the information system "UMOSK" conducted between the joint stock company "Financial Center" and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, graduates of OVPO who studied on the basis of a state educational order from a single contact center of the portal "electronic government"1414 SMS messages will be sent about the request for personal data (employer's BIN, date of employment) for the provision of services to the Financial Center.
In response to the request, the graduate must send an SMS with the text 511 (consent) or 512 (refusal) to submit personal data.
Graduate by sending text 511 (consent) in response to an SMS request It will not provide Financial Center JSC with supporting documents on working out, since the graduate's data on working out will automatically be indicated in the responses of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A graduate, having sent a text 512 (refusal) in response to an SMS request for the provision of personal data, is not exempt from the duties of working out provided for in paragraph 17 of Article 47 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Education (hereinafter referred to as the Law), while every six months he is obliged to document working out for three years.
In case of non-fulfillment by graduates of their work-out duties, the graduate is obliged to reimburse tuition fees on the basis of a state educational order provided for in paragraphs 17-4 of Article 47 of the Law.
Thus, a graduate of OVPO, by sending an SMS with the text 511 (consent) and providing consent to receive personal data (employer's BIN, date of employment), is mainly freed from red tape and unnecessary formalities for collecting work-out documents.
