Holding of the competition "Rent of premises for a catering facility"

NAO "Kostanay Regional University named after A.Baitursynov", Kostanay, Baitursynov str., 47 main building (hereinafter - the Organizer of the competition) of the year rents out a room with equipment for use as a catering point:

• Kostanay, 99/1 Mayakovsky str., building No. 4 -20.8 sq.m, st. 1 sq.m - at least 1,260 tenge + utilities; Kostanay, Abaya str., 28corpus No. 3 – 40.2 sq.m, st. 1 sq.m - at least 1,260 tenge + utilities;
• Applications for participation in the competition are accepted by the Organizer of the competition until "15" hours "00" min. local time, "26" September 2023, at the address: ", Kostanay, Baitursynov str., 47 main building office 133 tel 51-11-92 cell 8 775 524 96 01

The list of documents required to participate in the competition

To participate in the competition, potential participants provide the following documents:

• application for participation in the competition indicating the terms of the lease;
• the price offer, with the proposed rent, which cannot be lower than the approved cost of renting non-residential premises and fees for the use of the object;
• for legal entities, a certificate of registration (re-registration) of a legal entity or another document confirming the right to carry out a particular activity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; for individuals, a certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur (if any), and an identity document of an individual.
• The documents must be filed in a file folder.
