• The deadline for submitting documents is June 30, 2023. Submission of documents after the deadline is not possible.

In order to participate in the exchange program, the student must send an email exchange@petrsu.ru the following documents:

1. Questionnaire (in the appendix) Download
2. Scanned copy of passport (photo page)
3. Curriculum (list of subjects that students plan to study at PetrSU)*
4. Nomination letter (from the sending university)
5. Consent to the processing of personal data (in the appendix) Download

*The curriculum is compiled after the student informs us of his/her direction, and we send him/her a list of subjects from the relevant institute of PetrSU.
