Non-profit Joint Stock Company «Akhmet Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University» announces a competition for the vacant position Compliance Officer

Requirements for candidates:

1. availability of higher legal education;
2. at least three (3) years of experience in management positions in the internal control unit and/or audit companies and/or government bodies;
3. experience and development skills of internal corporate documents, standards, policies and procedures on compliance issues and these, as well as in carrying out measures for monitoring business processes within the framework of compliance procedures, conducting official investigations, reporting in the field of ethics and compliance, building a corporate culture in companies;
4. no criminal record;
5. absence of corruption crimes;
6. knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
7. certificate of advanced training (in the field of compliance - service).

Functions:

1. ensuring the implementation of prevention and prevention tools
2. corruption offences of the Company and its employees;
3. ensuring compliance of the Company and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption, as well as monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures;
4. compliance risk assessment;
5. development and updating of standards and policies in the field of compliance;
6. conducting official investigations in the field of compliance;
7. effective implementation of anti-corruption measures in the Company;
8. ensuring internal analysis of corruption risks in the Company;
9. ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and international best practices on anti-corruption issues;
10. ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, internal regulatory documentation, including the basic principles of anti-corruption, by the Company, officials, works-persons.

Bidder shall submit the following documents:

1. a copy of the identity document of the Tenderer;
2. track record of the participant of the competition with color photography time-meter 3 * 4;
3. copies of documents on education and appendices thereto with presentation of originals for reconciliation;
4. a copy of the document confirming labor activity approved by the personnel service at the place (current or last) of work;
5. medical certificate of form No. 075/y, approved by the authorized body in the field of health care, issued no later than one year before the date of submission of documents;
6. certificate of a neuropsychiatric organization issued no more than one year before the day of submission of documents, in accordance with the law on public services;
7. a certificate of a narcological organization issued no more than one year before the day of submission of documents in accordance with the law on public services;
8. a document confirming the absence of a ban on occupation must be in accordance with criminal law;
9. copies of certificates of retraining or advanced training;
10. Summary (in any form of no more than one page).

Persons applying for participation in the Competition may provide additional information regarding their education, work experience, professional level and reputation.

Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.
