JSC «Financial Center», which operates as the authorized body in the education sector, ensuring monitoring and control over young specialists and PhD doctors who studied under the state educational order and their obligations to work-off or reimburse budget expenses in case of non-fulfillment, informs that an SMS message from the contact center "1414" regarding consent to the Financial Center (message "511") or refusal (message "512") allows students or graduates to respond within 15 minutes. After this time, the message will no longer be valid.
Once the message "511" (consent) is sent by the student or graduate to the contact center "1414" for the collection and processing of personal data, limited information will be provided to JSC «Financial Center» from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This information includes the BIN or IIN of the employer, organization name, employer's address, and periods of mandatory pension contributions.
No other confidential personal data from the Ministry will be displayed for JSC «Financial Center».
In case of sending message "512" (refusal) to the contact center "1414," students or graduates need to independently send confirming documents to JSC «Financial Center» proving the fulfillment of the work-off obligation before the expiration of the three-year or two-year term.
