Final conference and student training at AlmaU

From November 8 to 10, 2023, the Almaty Management University (AlmaU) hosted the final conference of the "UXiship" project, Erasmus+ program.

The conference brought together key figures from the partner universities, including I.V. Koshkin, the project coordinator from the A. Baitursynov KRU; Mendalieva S.O., coordinator and project manager from the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov; Abeshev K.Sh, project coordinator from AlmaU. Additionally, representatives of the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Business, Technology, and Design, Germany, and experts from European Union universities participated remotely.

Over the three-day event, coordinators from all partner universities in Kazakhstan presented comprehensive reports on the project's work packages, showcasing tangible results and highlighting distinctive features in the integration of the entrepreneurship module within each institution. The discussions were instrumental in formulating strategies to ensure the enduring impact and sustainability of the project results. Emphasis was placed on effective and targeted dissemination of project outcomes and garnering continued support from the university.

The "UXiship" project, under the Erasmus+ program, has been a collaborative endeavor aimed at fostering entrepreneurship skills across partner universities. This final conference marked a significant milestone in consolidating the achievements and strategizing for the future sustainability of the project's outcomes.

From November 6 to November 10, 2023, the final sessions of a comprehensive training program were conducted at AlmaU, focusing on "Innovative Digital Technologies for Launching and Scaling Startups."
Led by experienced lecturers from AlmaU University, these concurrent sessions aimed to cultivate invaluable experience in the realms of Information Technology (IT) and entrepreneurship for participating students.

The training program is poised to significantly benefit students by enhancing their proficiency in business communications, honing personal qualities, providing foundational insights into marketing strategies, and equipping them to establish and scale their innovative enterprises.

This initiative reflects our commitment to fostering a dynamic learning environment, where students not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also gain practical expertise in emerging fields crucial for their future success.
